EMAIL Issues

I didn't get my order email with a download link. What can I do?

You can login to your profile (HERE: Marquesa Profile Login ), and click on Order History in the Your cart section (upper right of screen). Search for you order and click on it, it will show the download link. The link is only good for a short time. If you miss your "time window", contact us and we will help you. 

Why am I not getting all my email?

There are 2 common reasons:

  1. You misspelled your email in your profile. Check the spelling carefully and fix it if needed
  2. Your spam filter THINKS our email is spam. Check your spam filter and/or your "junk mail" folder.
