I lost a recording! Can You help?

Give reasonable evidence you bought any recording(s) & we'll replace them for a small fee. Minimum $10 (1-2 recordings). Mail your request to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Help! I get a license error

Older recordings use DRM licensing. If you upgrade to a new PC, BACKUP your licenses from the old machine to floppy or CD. (Use Windows Media Player, TOOLS menu, License Management). Then re-load the licenses (also with Media Player) onto your new PC. If you don't have (and can't get) license backups, see "I Lost a Recording" above.
